Title to products passes from John Rohmer Materials to you upon shipment from our facility. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. REFUND POLICY

Defective merchandise purchased at John Rohmer Materials may be returned within 30 after the date of purchase for a store credit refund.

In case we have made a mistake in processing your order (defective merchandise, embroidery or imprinting problems, etc.), you will get full reimbursement. If you insist on returning an order that has been properly processed by John Rohmer Materials, we will do our best to issue a full store refund credit. In most cases, however, only a partial refund will be issued. We will accept items as returns that are in their original unworn condition and that are sent with the original invoice.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if you purchased by credit card, you will be sent a refund at the same card. On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.

JURISDICTION
